1. Acceptance of Terms

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using ubomoney, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
  • Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
  • Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or processing transactions on behalf of third parties.
  • Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the platform or harms other users.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets or transactions, and forfeiture of any balance in your account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency

All financial transactions on the ubomoney platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposit and withdrawal information is displayed in local currency to provide clarity for users in the Philippines. The following terms apply to all transactions:

  • You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are shown within your account dashboard.
  • ubomoney reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
  • Transactions that are suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering may be investigated and withheld pending review.
  • Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to internal review procedures.

6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy

ubomoney provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ubomoney is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
  • We are not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or third-party service interruptions that affect platform availability.
  • Game or bet outcomes are final once confirmed. ubomoney does not reverse or alter settled results except in cases of verified technical error.

Account Suspension and Closure: ubomoney reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a user has breached these terms, provided false information, or where continued operation would pose a regulatory or legal risk. Where an account is closed due to a breach, remaining balances may be forfeited. Where closure is not related to a breach, eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification.

7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property: All content on the ubomoney platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of ubomoney or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links: The platform may reference or link to third-party services or content for informational purposes. ubomoney does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms: ubomoney may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, platform operations, or business practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
